Tired of saying I'll start tomorrow

I am not overweight nor am I skinny. I don't have a goal weight because a number on the scale means nothing to me. Instead I'd rather just get in shape, be healhy, and have physical changes I can see.After so many times of saying "I'll start tomorrow!" I'm finally ready to have that beach body I've always wanted. This will be my diary.
